OUR PAYMENT PROCESS HAS CHANGED FROM PAYPAL AND STRIPE TO ELECTRONIC MOBILE PROCESSORS: CASH APP, APPLE PAY, AND ZELLE.

WE ARE USING THESE PLATFORMS NOW TO KEEP OUR PRICES GREAT AND BYPASSING THE EVER INCREASING PROCESSING FEES.  USING CASH APP, APPLE PAY, AND ZELLE HELP NEGATE DELAYED SHIPPING PROCESSES THAT MANY THIRD PARTY PLATFORMS CAUSE. LASTLY WE IF THERE ARE ISSUES DIRECTLY CAUSED BY US OR CAUSED BY THE CUSTOMER WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO REFUND IMMEDIATELY BY DIRECTLY SENDING VIA CASH APP, APPLE PAY, OR ZELLE. THIRD PARTY PROCESSING TAKES 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS AND WE WANT TO GET AWAY FROM THOSE LONG DELAYED PROCESSES.

WE ARE LOOKING SPEED UP THE ORDERING PROCESS AND MAKE IT MORE EFFECIENT. PLEASE GO THROUGH YOUR ORDER AND WHEN YOU PUT IN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION PLEASE SELECT PAY NOW AND AN ORDER CONFIRMATION WILL COME THROUGH ALONG WITH AN EMAIL WITH THE ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT. WE WILL NORMALLY FOLLOW UP WITH A CALL OR TEXT TO CONFIRM DETAILS OF THE ORDER AND REQUEST PAYMENT.

 

A lot of products on the website are also available in store.  We work diligently to keep the website updated by marking all shoes that sell in store as sold on the site. When you purchase a shoe from the website we will manually process the payment from your card once we have confirmed that the shoe is available. If the shoe is available we will process the payment if it is not available we will notify you via email ASAP. If the shoe or item is unavailable you will receive a notification that it was not available and your order was canceled. Do not worry we use canceled orders as requests and will diligently start looking for that item for you for that price or a better price. Due to the rate of how fast shoes are selling in store we WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE DISCOUNTS DUE TO ONLINE CANCELED ORDERS.

IF YOUR ORDER IS CANCELED DUE TO THE ITEM NOT BEING AVAILABLE PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR CARD WAS NOT CHARGED IT WAS JUST AN AUTHORIZATION THAT WILL FALL OFF IN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.

If you order after 8:00 P.M. we will normally contact you through email after 10:00 A.M. on the following business day or ASAP. You can order online and pick up in store. In store pick ups can be selected at checkout. Please understand it may take 1-3 business days for purchases that require store to store transfers.

 

DELIVERY

Processing speeds vary depending on how fast the funds from the customer bank deposits into the store bank. Normally the funds are immediately available and the shoe is shipped 2-3 business days. It takes 1-3 business days normally to receive your item after we have shipped it depending on the carrier you select. In saying that purchases online MAY take up to 3-7 business days before an order is boxed, labeled, shipped, and received. Once an order ships, the customer will receive an e-mail notification with their tracking information. All orders are shipped double boxed priority, with signature confirmation.

When your item is delivered please inspect that the item is not has not been damaged or mishandled by the shipping carrier .After the 3rd day of possessing the item if we are not contacted so we can file a claim with the shipping company we are not responsible for the damaged item. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen goods once your package is delivered. Please be sure to make proper arrangements to receive your package based on tracking delivery date.

We primarily ship USPS for most orders. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery or are unable to sign for the package, please contact your local USPS to schedule a delivery or arrange a pickup.

International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees, but cannot guarantee against any unexpected expenses. 

IN STORE PICK UP:

IF YOU’VE ORDERED SOMETHING ONLINE AND PICKED IN STORE PICK UP. IT NORMALLY TAKES 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE ITEM TO SHIP FROM STORE TO STORE. FEEL FREE TO COME IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER AND PICK THE ITEM UP! FEEL FREE TO DM US ON INSTAGRAM OR FAVEBOOK TO DOUBLE CHECK ON THE DELIVERY FROM STORE TO STORE.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

ALL SALES WITH THE SHOE GODS ARE FINAL. The Shoe Gods is a consignment marketplace, meaning a lot of items we carry and offer on this site are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells, either online or in one of our stores, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. 

If you have any questions or concerns with regard to sizing or condition of a specific product on our site, please email us before committing to purchase.  

Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. We will not issue refunds for damaged boxes due to how boxes are handled by USPS and UPS.

Please keep in mind when ordering items that were released from 1985-2014 some of these items from 1985-2012 and some even after the year 2012 are considered display only items. This means these items are recommended to be for display only and if they will be worn they need to be worn at your own risk. These items tend to crack easily and separate due to age, wears, and a multitude of other things. When we sell an item of this caliber it is not separating or crumbling. If it is separting or crumbling we will disclose that into the details. We will always disclose the details of every item for this reason we are very strict on our no refund policy for these items.
